Our team have a proven record in high attainment, high accuracy and timeliness as well as an extremely low error rate…what sets us apart from the rest is that we enjoy our work (it’s true!) and we are enormously proud to provide our clients with an average attainment level of over 99% (this average is over multiple clients!).

We are not a large company like others and we think that is actually the key to our success. One of our aims is to build a strong relationship with our partners through open, clear communication around scheduling, work goals and shared success.

What is our routine with special reads?

We classify Special Reads in two parts: Final reads for Property Settlement or tenancy changes and Check reads for meters that flag with unusual reads captured (consumption outside of the ‘norm’).

Final & Special Reads

Our policy is to complete Final reads by 3pm on the day they are required and send to the client by 4 pm. With each final read a photo is taken as a secondary verification for both clients (Council) and their clients (Lawyers/Consumers etc.).

Check Reads

At the end of any cycle, there may be a handful of meters that clients require to be double-checked due to abnormal high or low consumption. We assign these as one batch (the number can be from 1 to 999 in any one file), and the reader is instructed to complete this batch within 48 hours of assignment. Each read comes with a photo to verify a read, and clients are welcome to assign special instructions if more information is required from the reader on the ground at the time of inspection.
